Stress Relief

Stress relief is a puzzle for almost everyone.  Too many of us seek relief from a doctor’s prescription or a bottle from the liquor store.  There are more comprehensive approaches to stress relief; they just require a little self-education and a commitment to make stress relief a priority. 

There are alternative stress relief options that extend back centuries, such as yoga.  There are other exercise and meditation options that will work for those who can switch into, and out of, the psychological state that is required.  Some people find help in natural remedies; others mix exercise or meditative quiet time with some sort of supplement.
