Joint Health

Our joints are complicated marvels of nature, but as we age that means there are several things that can go wrong with them.  Arthritis, bursitis and tendonitis are all inflammation conditions that require one kind of treatment, while rheumatoid arthritis has to do with blood chemistry.

There are many supplements on the market today that are designed to contribute to healthy cartilage, a key to maintaining healthy joints.  Nutrients are important; so is exercising joints so that they maintain range of motion.  Some chronic joint pain may need a doctor’s attention; some may be completely avoidable with proper care.
